are the Spanish initials for Asociación Sectorial de Proveedores de Servicios de Traducción (Industry Association for Translation Service Providers), a non-profit founded in June, 2013. This association brings together like-minded legally incorporated organizations mainly dedicated to translation, interpreting, localization and internationalization within the language industry. These organizations must have a UNE-EN ISO 17100 certification (or any certification replacing it in the future) and comply with the ISO 9001 standard or equivalent, or else have applied for the implementation of these standards. They must also have a professional civil liability insurance policy. ASPROSET's goal is to be a hub for sharing opinions and initiatives among translation companies and within the broader language industry to identify synergies and joint activities that strengthen us both as individual companies and as a whole.
