4. TERMS AND CRITERIA FOR RETENTION OF DATA
Any personal data provided will be retained for the necessary length of time to ensure compliance with the purposes for which they were collected. 5. AUTOMATED DECISIONS AND PROFILING

They may also request that the processing of their personal data be limited, oppose such processing, request the portability of their data (where technically possible), or withdraw their consent. The data subject will be liable for any direct and/or indirect loss or damage that may result from any breach of this obligation.
