The SeproTec brand is already known for the specialization of its most technical services, such as translation of patents and industrial property.
1995
We expanded our services to include financial, legal, chemical, medical and pharmaceutical translations.
1998 The conference interpreting department was created.
2000 The translation and interpreting branch is transferred to the newly-created company
SeproTec Multilingual Solutions.

We started a pioneering telephone interpreting service.

We celebrated our 25th anniversary and introduced a new service in collaboration with Oracle that revolutionized website translation and localization: WonderLoc.
2015
A sad year in the history of this company. Juan Antonio León Melero, founder and president of SeproTec Multilingual Solutions, passed away. Carlos León, the co-founder, replaced his father as Chairman, leaving the position of General Manager in the hands of Juan Julián León and the position of Executive Manager in the hands of Vanessa León.
2016
Opening of SeproTec Austin, our new US headquarters.
SeproTec acquires 100% of Lidolang Translations, one of Eastern Europe’s most important translation and localization companies, bolstering operations in the European market.
The company participates in the creation and launch of SHIP Global IP, an innovative comprehensive Industrial Property portfolio management company.
2017
New offices are opened in Switzerland, located in the heart of the city of Basel.
2019
The company continues its double-digit growth. As part of our international expansion plan, the company’s CEO moved to the USA to lead the growth plan there.
Anticipating market growth in Remote Interpreting Services, the company launched a Video Remote Interpreting Service to meet their clients’ future consecutive interpreting needs.
2020
SeproTec began providing Remote Simultaneous Interpreting services, the latest hi-tech interpreting technology, which is revolutionizing the world of conference and meeting interpreting in the hard times of the COVID-19 pandemic.
2021
SeproTec announced that Nazca Capital had taken a majority shareholding in the company and its subsidiary SHIP Global IP, and unveiled an ambitious plan for national and international growth based on both organic growth and acquisitions of companies specializing in multilingual services, development of technology and management of intellectual property with differential positions in their markets.
2022
SeproTec acquired tsd Technik-Sprachendienst GmbH to expand its services in the German-speaking or DACH market (Germany, Austria and Switzerland) and presented a new corporate image.
