Optimizing Multilingual Support for the University of Exeter's Virtual Conference

Partner universities from four language-speaking nations convened virtually as part of the HAIRE project at the University of Exeter. VoiceBoxer was selected for simultaneous interpretation and videoconferencing due to COVID-19 constraints. Positive feedback was received for the successful translation of the event into French and English, despite small technical challenges. Important takeaways were how crucial it is to test beforehand and make sure participants have the tools they need.
